2010 SAPOR Mid-Year Event Registration
Registration for the Mid-Year Event is now open.
Conference Registration Fees:

| Register by March 10th, 2010: | $70.00 | $40.00 |
| Register after March 10th, 2010: | $80.00 | $45.00 |
Payment Policy:
All registration fees MUST be paid in full by check or in U.S. dollars only. Make checks payable to SAPOR. You may submit your payment via mail or pay at the registration table when you arrive on March 25th. If you plan to submit your payment via mail, please do so by March 10th in order to ensure proper receipt and processing of your payment. Mail your payment to:

If you cannot mail your payment by March 10th, please bring a check or cash to the Mid-Year Event. We can not accept credit card payments at this time.
